Oscar came to the refuge when he was a puppy ... a little shy and scared.
Some of his insecurities are still there but he really makes great efforts to attract the attention and cuddles are always welcome.
course is more peaceful when she walks with Sissy, his companion box, in the meadows around the Refuge.
